THOMAS HAHN

Thomas is one of the leading consultants in the pharmaceutical and life sciences space with almost 20 years of global experience in heading initiatives across the industry for a broad range of clients.
Prior to founding Hahn Management Advisors, Thomas was a management consultant at McKinsey in Europe. As a member of the healthcare practice, Thomas led engagements for the pharmaceutical industry, public and private payors, healthcare providers, as well as medical device manufacturers.
Thomas is also a trained research scientist. He served as a professor of applied physics at the University of Miami and as a research director at the SUNY Research Foundation.
Thomas graduated with distinction in Physics from the University of Vienna, where he obtained a M.S. degree. Thomas holds a PhD degrees in Physics from the University of California, San Diego.

FREDERIK BAY

Frederik is a former senior executive at Pfizer and a leading expert on pharma strategy and corporate development. He has an extensive track record of creating winning strategies and bringing pragmatic solutions to critical challenges spanning R&D, BD, and commercial.
Prior to joining as a partner, Frederik spent 8 years at Pfizer, including 4 as Head of Strategy and part of the leadership for the Primary Care and Global Innovative Pharma Businesses, with responsibility for strategy setting, business model innovation, and corporate development.
Before joining Pfizer, Frederik was a management consultant at BCG and McKinsey in the US and Europe, where he was a member of the pharmaceutical and healthcare practices.
Frederik graduated with First Class Honors in Physics from Imperial College in London, and obtained M.S., M.Phil and PhD degrees, also in physics, from Yale University.
